Lens for Enrichment and Network Studies of Proteins

LENS is a web-based tool for interactome analysis of human genes. Provide one or two gene lists and LENS builds the protein-protein interaction network that connects them.

What it does

LENS computes network statistics and enrichments for GWAS traits, diseases, drugs, and pathways, comparing your network against random gene selections.
